What are the star requirements for Daring Warriors to beat Cell 11 of Mighty Tower?

I have a Night Thrasher at level 110, at Gear 20.5, and he got killed before taking a turn. I was really hoping to avoid buying character shards with chapter store currency, but it looks mandatory if I am to compete in this tower (when it comes back).
