Give me all your tips and tricks
As title states I want all your tips and tricks, specifically for hypertonic pelvic floor causing severe dyssynergic defecation and other issues. They can either ones you may have learned from your PT or maybe tricks you found to work for you that you weren’t ever recommended.
I have gone to pelvic floor PT, but unfortunately haven’t found a good one that focuses specifically on helping make sure I relax my pelvic floor when using restroom/focus on biofeedback. I also do already use a potty squatty and try breathing techniques to relax while going. But here are issues I’m still battling to feel a difference:
- Feel like my low back pain and tight hips make things worse, and them and my pelvic floor are constantly in a battle
- Did focusing solely on diaphragm breathing help the most, stretching, or pelvic floor core strengthening exercise
/ maybe some hip and glute ones too,
- help you the most; or should I do a combo of all
