Should I sell wool batts at an outdoors arts market in June?

Should I sell wool batts at an outdoors arts market in June?

Pretty much what the title says. I worry if it ends up raining on a hot, humid summer day, the weather might affect the wool, or my own health if I'll be vending inside or without a tent while surrounded by merch that insulates heat. Also I worry about condensation if I put them in sealed bags on display. Should I skip vending at this festival and find elsewhere to sell them, like facebook marketplace? I live in Canada btw.

How do I answer questions involving conflicts with no recollection of specific events to use as examples?

1)Tell me about a time you've dealt with a confrontational customer and how you had to escalate it.

  1. Tell me a time when you've made a mistake.

I've fumbled through these 2 questions in last week's job interview and would like help how to answer them better next time. I barely remember my answers to these question at the interview unfortunately.

It's been 7 years since I had a job that dealt with angry customers on a daily basis and can't remember any specific instances where such instances occured. For one of my jobs, it was mainly through email. Before that I had a public facing bank teller's position but can't remember any specific instances where I wasn't a deer caught in headlights and had to have a co-worker step in without me asking.

I'm wondering if I can say:

"I can't remember a specific instance but I have on multiple occasions had to deal with angry clients who came into the bank branch over their accounts getting locked and sometimes had to get my boss involved or had to call the back office to find out why it's locked and how to unlock it. Prior to that, I check their profile for any notes left by the back office people and if I had to call back office to get the account unlocked, I do so ASAP, sometimes right away if the branch isn't too busy. And I'd let the client know it might be a few hours before I can get through to the back office due to the long queue and I'll call the client later once the issue's been resolved or if there needs to be anything done on the client's end."

But also this was about a decade ago, so I don't fully remember the process of unlocking a client's bank account.

And for the 2nd question:

"I would always take responsibility for any mistakes I've made at work and apologize to the error, before and after I fix the mistake efficiently and thoroughly and making sure such an occurance never happens again. I'm also pretty open to constructive feedback from my boss or coworkers, so any past repeated errors wouldn't happen again in the future."

Let me know what you think.

I've been applying to medical receptionist roles since I've been getting higher rates of interview requests in that sector than in others. My work background is mainly administration and customer service.

Would it be better to apply in person than online?

Everytime I apply online through their AI chat bot, it recognizes my initial application and won't allow me to apply for other opportunities across their subsidiaries (eg. No Frills, Food Basics, Metro, Canadian Superstore, etc).

If anybody knows a work around to applying online at their stores as a front line worker, please let me know. Thank you.
