So I’ve taken 150mg XL bupropion once a day for 6 years. It worked great for about 4.5 years. Then it gradually began to be a little less effective. Still effective but just less. I’ve noticed a pretty significant increase in anxiety in the last few months and some sleep problems. My doctor prescribed a new sleep med that I’m going to start taking in a few days. I’m going to talk to him about not stopping the bupropion, but adding something to it. Like sertraline or some other SSRI. I don’t want to get the sexual side effects from SSRIs and I also don’t want to increase my bupropion. I just want to add something with it each morning and see how it goes. So my question is, has anyone who has taken it for years had it start to work a little less? And my second question is, did adding anything help? I think it probably will. It’s different for every one of course but all I can do is try it out and see I guess. Anyways, thanks for reading. 😆 My doc says to give the sleep med a chance to help with my anxiety as well because it treats that too and then after a month if it’s only effective for sleep, then we can add something in the morning to take with the bupropion.
Anybody taken this class? What did you do in it? Did you like it? I’m assuming it’s kind of like circuit fitness where you hit up different machines? I can’t run for long periods due to a leg injury so I’m curious if I’ll be able to make it through. I definitely want to take it.
I’m feeling the stress. Soooo much stuff to do for all my classes now. Plus work and life things. I’m an older student so I have like 50 million priorities everyday. Honestly, all these assignments are overwhelming right now. But you know what y’all we are almost there. I’m sure everyone is feeling the stress right now. Just take it one assignment at a time like me. I’m looking forward to summer break so I can just work and give my brain a rest. I literally want to stare at a wall for a week straight and not think about anything. 😂 Especially not academically thinking. I’m looking forward to fall semester being my last before the BA, and then I’m applying for grad school soon. Woohoo. 🥳 You got this everyone. Keep your goals in your mind and keep going. Like we all know Canvas went down and all this hacking cybersecurity threat stuff. So Canvas is back up and I guess some students are doing assignments. So tell us now. Clearly. Is it safe to log back in and use canvas to complete assignments? WTH. Say something. We’re all waiting to use it. Send an email or something. Where’s the communication. I have crap I have to do for my classes. Send an email saying it’s safe to use now. I’m literally waiting and I’m sure others are too. I know some students have logged back in on canvas but is that safe? Why so quiet university. I’m not going to log back in until they send an email.
These are more comfortable than Dunks for me. Been having a big problem with low retro style Nikes digging into my ankles something fierce. They also make a popping noise every time I walk because the stiff collar pops under my ankle with each step. These don’t do that. From the name I thought these would be big and clunky dad style shoes but they are actually a slimmer profile than Dunks or Court Vision Lows. It was a blind buy, I went down a size and ordered online and I’m really happy with these. I wish they would make more colorways. I like these more than Dunks but that’s my opinion. More comfortable for me.
Not my first Air Max. But I really like the look of these. I’m new to collecting Nikes but my most favorite are the Air Max, and the AF1 so far. They are the most comfortable to me. I love the looks of Jordan lows, Dunks, and Court vision lows but literally EVERY single pair I’ve bought so far digs into the side of my ankle like you wouldn’t believe. I have to wear heel risers for every single retro style Nike I’ve ever bought. I don’t have to do that with Air Max or AF1. They are retro of course but they just don’t dig into my heel and neither does any modern Nike running shoe or casual shoe. It’s just the retro style old basketball or court shoes that destroy my ankles. It’s just the collar around the top is way too stiff. It’s really bugging me because the OG looking Nikes hurt so much. Since I’m new to Nike I am realizing I’ll be an Air Max and AF1 collector eventually. Those are my faves by far. I’m on the hunt for a specific Air Max 1 and some other AF1s already lol.
So these are actually a women’s colorway. It’s got the black varsity red and sail. I got it in a 12 so it was a 10.5 mens. I like them. They’re cool. 😎
The Air Jordan 1 Low in the Blue Chill colorway. Alright alright. Now I see what everyone is saying. Mega comfortable and great quality for sure. I love these colors!!! I’ll probably get hooked on collecting these now and I don’t need anymore shoes. 😂 I have like 131 pairs now. Loll. 😂😂😂
Really cool shoes. I love the earth tones and how it could be passed off as a business casual or casual shoe. I also like how you can’t tell that it’s a Nike unless up close. Sometimes I don’t need bright or flashy.
It’s funny because I posted my first ever AF1 in green and white Celtics colors and these are the Boston Red Sox dunks but I’m not into sports really, nothing against them of course just not really my thing. I collect classic shoes for the history and also just ones I like, and I bought these for the colors lol. Plus I live in Cali so far from Boston. Still I love these. Did I do alright? I think I did. I like this colorway. I changed the laces to the red ones after these pics. I own about 130 pairs of shoes but only recently started buying and collecting Nikes. I like these!!!
My first ever pair of AF1 ‘07 in malachite green and white. I had never even tried these on before. It was a complete blind buy. I went down one whole size and hoped for the best. They were delivered and fit perfectly. I think they’re comfortable and they’re not heavy. I don’t care if they crease. I love the colors. Cool shoes.
When I first started at Sac Statea couple years ago I loved coming to campus and it was a positive experience for the most part. I don’t feel that way anymore. Once I step foot on campus it’s almost instantly a really negative anxious feeling. Like anxiety everywhere. Which seeps into my day and makes classes harder. I have an anxiety disorder already and I take medicine for it but the campus is the only place I am triggered. A really negative anxious feeling that just doesn’t leave until I get back into my car and then takes a couple hours to really wear off. Anybody else feel this way? It’s not a positive thing always, some days it is I guess. Other days it has a real negative weird vibe. Idk. 🤷♂️ maybe because I’m an older student. Or maybe it’s because I only have one semester left before grad school. I don’t really know.
