I like these a lot more than I imagined I would. I obviously liked them because I bought them, but the kid in me is really enjoying these.

L: Air Jordan 1 Low OG Ex Black Smoke Grey. Black laces swapped to red ones.

R: Air Jordan 1 High Tokyo Biohack. Will swap the laces on these to either pink or orange ones that match the tongue flap.

I still can’t believe that I finally got a pair of Chicagos (and for retail) after this sneaker has eluded me for 10 years. Y’all can be sure that I’ll be wearing these a lot.

Got rid of the space jam lows last year bc they were a half size too big for me. These highs though are the ticket. Gonna put white laces in em I think. Besides these releases, I’m gonna be reaching back and copping some kicks that missed out on in the past few years. Also waiting for those sale prices to kick in on some recent release that are sitting. So many to acquire!

I loved me some Supra in the mid 00s

So I’m pretty new to the shoe game, I’ve only painted one or two pairs as of yet. This was my first time airbrushing and using dye on cloth (sock lining and shoelaces). I haven’t watched the show but this was a gift for a dear friend, so I used my peers and the internet to find some good reference pictures, planned it out on procreate, and came up with these!!

Main supplies - Angelus leather paint, Angelus 2-thin (airbrushing), Angelus 2-soft (fabric stuff), Angelus High Gloss Topcoat, Nike AF1s

All tips appreciated ◡̈ ( I know there’s a few touch ups remaining, the black AIR line, etc )

Some things I struggled with

1. My biggest issue was taping off the cloth part (sock lining) for the airbrushing portion - inevitably ended up coloring the cloth and that is definitely part of why that section of the shoe is black lol (even though I think it worked out in the end
2. How to stop dye from entering certain areas? Maybe a paintbrush or a more detailed method of edge control…
3. Applying the protective coat without it being a bit ….textured

Its my birthday next week and my sister is letting me choose my own present (within reasonable budget) . Looking at a pair of 2017 Jordan 13 bred, Im just wondering if its ok to get considering its a 9yo DS?

Hey everyone,

I've been trying to figure out something about the Nike Air Max Plus 'Throwback Future' and I can't find a clear answer anywhere.

It seems like there are two different versions of this shoe — one that has two visible forefoot air pods at the bottom front of the shoe, and one that doesn't. Does anyone know the exact names or style codes that differentiate these two versions? Is one of them the SE variant, a GS size difference, or something else entirely?

Would really appreciate if someone with more knowledge could shed some light on this. Thanks!

My wife bought them without the front air pods and tried to sell them, but now she’s been accused of selling counterfeit shoes—even though we bought them a few years ago at a reputable store.
