A question about pitching to a publisher

Hello,I am developing a videogame since some time and now I want to pitch at one publisher in my country,incuding a vertical slice.

I just have a question,it's going to be a problem if I used a framework for only some mechanics? I added a lot of my logics in this time of development a vertical slice,but I want to know if this can be a problem for them. In any case,it's more about some mechanics-UI-HUD logic and placeholder assets that I have included in my project,but wondering if this can be a bad thing.

Do they really care about this? Because the concept is mostly original and I used a Game framework for help on some mechanics.

Hello,I have a face,body and outfit separated skeletal meshes on a metahuman,how I can merge them in one single skeletal mesh?

Help with Metahuman merge skeletal mesh

Hello,I have a metahuman divided into body,face and outfit. It has 3 separated skeletal meshes,there is any option to merge them? It's kinda difficult for the animation side because I tried to do some retarget from an ue4 skeleton and they are all broken of course.

There is anything I can do to have body - face and outfit all together in only one skeletal mesh?

Hello! I am a Game Designer from Italy and im working on a survival horror since some time.

I am working on a vertical slice level and I would like to work with a 2D artist for the character and enviroment design that would allow to build a strong visual identity.

I can say that is a violent survival horror inspired by classic ps2 survival horror and old school movies.

Currently working on a vertical slice and looking for a more clean-vision of the project. Project is developed in Unreal Engine 5.
