Disney Plus with Total Max 5G BYO

Signed up earlier today with the BYO promo for $25/mo. Been chatting for over 45 min and they cannot help me. I cannot seem to activate the Disney Plus. As you can see there is just a white dot where the subscription status is. Chat has been utterly useless they want me to restart my phone, delete the total wireless and Disney Plus app, try incognito mode and lastly a hard reset in my phone. I swapped over from Visible because of the Disney Plus. Anyone have any idea how to get it working.
