I've owned and used this chair for almost exactly 2 years (July 2023-August 2025). I switched to a different chair at the end of August 2025, so this chair has been sitting unused since then. It was purchased from Blue Box, which is an authorized Steelcase reseller. The chair came with 12 years warranty, so there are about 9.5 years of warranty left, and I can provide the original order info for reference if a warranty claim is ever necessary. I am selling it because I use my chair for both working and playing/relaxing. This is an incredible task chair, but it's not ideal for lounging and relaxing due to its limited recline. I also prefer softer arm rests, but Steelcase used firm arm rests on this chair.
The entire chair is in mint condition with no noticable signs of use. I'm the only person who owned and used this chair. I kept the backrest and seat covered with towels the entire time I used it, and regularly vacuumed the mesh and wiped the chair down with a mild soapy solution. It has also been steam cleaned and disinfected, so there are no cosmetic imperfections or any other issues. I weigh about 150lbs, which is significantly under the maximum rated capacity for this chair, so the mesh is practically brand new.
