Be nice during chargebacks

Just a friendly reminder that although we can become justifiably frustrated after having to experience a transaction on G2A, when initiating a chargeback, it is always a good idea to be polite and cordial with the Agent that is helping you.

My agent helped me with a chargeback that a seller was refusing to refund, and I truly believe they went the extra mile on the simple fact that I humanized them and recognized they are supporting me with my issue.

Sometimes they do in fact ask repetitive questions, and they have to. They have different protocols and boxes to check in order to proceed with your claim. Sometimes it feels redundant to repeat yourself, but remaining patient with your representative is crucial in these moments.

It’s also important to recognize the rep is assisting you, but not the direct cause of your problem, and they very well may not be able to help you in every circumstance. We need to keep that in mind for when things don’t always go the way we want them to.

Kindness is in short supply and a valuable asset in our ever growing rat race. It’s not even about being kind in a transactional sense. It’s just about remembering we are all human.

TL:DR Be nice to customer service reps even though you might be angry in the moment because your attitude can determine the outcome

I ordered a pair of shoes that was shipped with OnTrac, and historically they have always been very poor in regards to deliveries whenever I’ve had the displeasure of having to engage with them. Has anybody else had any similar experiences while ordering directly from Vans? I’m based in the western US, so maybe service will vary across the nation. Thoughts?

Had to repost because I forgot to crop out a corner of the photo, but I’m almost done, I’ve got a couple more patches coming in the mail and I’m gonna add some more pyramid studs to fill up space- I sourced pretty much every patch from eBay. I’m also a big OSDM fan if you can’t tell

Happy crafting!
