Im just looking to get 2 cheap tablets in case anyone has one throw away account

What type of oil do you guys use or recommend? I see online it needs 0w-20 but I think the car has been using 5w-30 because of previous owners receipts.

Just got a very cheap 2017 170k honda fit with the code p0420 and it says bank1, has anyone being able to fix this without changing the catalytic converter any tips? its an automatic and i got it for 3k.
