2007 Honda Fit Sport: 6 Miles to 455,982 and still running.
Long‑timer here. First‑gen 2007 Honda Fit Sport, purchased new on March 6, 2007 with six miles on the odometer. It’s at 455,982 miles today and still running clean. One transmission replacement at 306k; everything else has been routine maintenance.
Paid $18,200 in Jacksonville, FL, and nineteen years later I’m still driving it. Not as much as I did back then, but it’s still part of my daily rhythm. My health isn’t what it was in 2007, but the Fit and I are both still here.
Cosmetic reality after nearly two decades: duct tape keeping the front bumper from dropping, Gorilla tape on the torn driver’s seat, and reinforcement on the inside of the driver’s door. Honest wear from a car that never quit.
Honda ending the Fit in America around 2020 was a loss. In my view it was one of the best cars Honda ever built.
Back on 5/25/2025 my Fit was at 440,000 miles. Today it’s at 455,982. My major health issue in 2025 and everything that followed slowed my driving down, and even in 2026 I don’t put miles on the way I used to. My 2007 Honda Fit Sport is still here, still part of my daily rhythm — just at a different pace now.
