I took a risk and paid $35 for it. The description says untested. Its working guys😅 I think this is either my 3rd or 4th ps3 A01😅 I bought many backward ps3s years ago but never open those boxes, sitting in the storage. Im just excited for this one got it cheap. EDIT: Firmware v4.84 from 2019. I assumed it was last played. Last game saved was twisted metal, 8/22/2019 3:02pm. The sender did a crappy job boxing it up. i didn't see bubble wraps being used, just foam pieces and brown papers. Update: I found a game disc inside its Twisted Metal, which i already have a copy lol. playing for two hours working good👍

Do online Auction sites really hire attorneys for non pay items or credit card blocked?

I went to Hibid auction site and saw one estate seller putting rules regarding unpaid items or credit card charge backs.. saying they can hire an attorney to reclaim lost sales and at buyers expense in an event of non pay or blocking credit card😳😳😳 I bid at other auction sites but Never seen this kind of threats before. They stated it in a long fkin fine prints, your eyes get dizzy reading all of it🙄 I decided to avoid this seller due to fear of What else they are hiding in a fine prints that one could misread.
