I’ve been studying for the abo for two months and I am just not getting the math

I’ve been an apprentice optician for almost two years so the dispensing theory and frame adjustments and anatomy I know, but the actual math and memorization of the formulas is not clicking for me. I’m using like three different things to study maybe I’m confusing myself. I have always struggled understanding math though. My exam is June 5th😓

We are also trying to do things that don’t use the shuttle as I have a very poor stomach that gets much worse when I feel trapped. I know it’s not ideal, but is there anything that fits those two things?

We are staying in Leeds

Has anyone here tried lithium oreatate? I can’t take any antipsychotics because I get urinary side effects with all of them. My psychiatrist says lithium oreatate doesn’t give side effects but I’m wary. I don’t have many lows but it’s scary when I do and I can feel myself slipping into one right now.

I’ve always loved exercising and stretching, but I have to take it extremely easy or else I injure myself or subluxate. I have found lately that when I do certain stretches. I pull muscles in my back or I slip ribs. I can see it from my stature that I need core strength. I just don’t know what’s gonna be the best and least painful way to build that. I find normal ab workouts excruciating lol does anyone have any good tips?

My son has terribly bad chicken skin. He always has. It was always on his arms and legs, but the last few years it’s been on his cheeks and all over his face as well. Now he’s also starting to get actual pimples every once in a while.

The poor guy just turned seven. He seems to have skin that is easily congested. I don’t know what to do. I try to have him wash his face with micellar water every night as it’s very non-toxic and doesn’t even have to be rinsed off. Is anyone else going through this at a similar age? I’m really worried about his teen years if we’re already at this point at seven.
