Anaheim/ Close to Disneyland Restaurants

I live near Disneyland and wanted to share these dairy free restaurants if anyone is looking for safe food near Disney while visiting. There is also a vegan mini market (aka loads of dairy free options) in the same shopping center. Not necessarily safe for all allergens, but definitely safe for those of us with milk allergies!

12046 Chapman Ave, Garden Grove, CA 92840

-Shane's Tamales

-Vegan Pizza

-Loving Hut

-Urthly Market

Missing ranch

I've been missing ranch since I discovered my dairy allergy last year. My neighbor has a farm and sometimes sells me her extra produce and eggs. Two fresh eggs, avocado oil, fresh lemon juice, parsley, dill, chives, and garlic made me this amazing ranch dip. I use it on sandwiches, for veggie dips, salad dressing, pretzels, and more. Letting it sit for at least 30 minutes before eating helps bring all the flavors together too!

Communication challenges [N/A]

Our company is hybrid and the HR rotates around who is on site each week.

We have a team member who can never remember to follow up on conversations people have with them in person. Let's say a manager comes in with a question on policy. The HR person will say they don't know the answer (and yes they have access to all our policies to review) and says they'll get back.

Two weeks later, I'm getting frustrated messages from managers and employees that soandso never followed up and now their problem is even bigger.

When I ask "hey what happened, can you walk me through your process so that we can identify how to make sure these inquiries get answered" it's constantly "I'm doing my best, be patient me, I thought I was improving" from this specific HR team member.

The person was written up for continuing to fail this follow through and had explicit directions on a process to follow that was agreed upon by all parties. They were written up because this failure to follow through included time theft and I9 issues that resulted in major messes I had to clean up.

Any suggestions? Unfortunately, I can't be in every single day - and even when I am, this person still won't come by to ask for help or clarification (our offices are next to each other)

▲ 4 r/stelo

Hi! I'm om my 3rd week of wearing stelo. I've had this happen 3 times now where my trends are like a mountain range when I sleep. Does anyone know what may be happening here? I'm prediabetic and my doctor doesn't believe it's reversible because I'm overweight so I'm figuring all of this out on my own. (Meanwhile I workout 7 timed a week and keep getting told it's not enough, even the ice hockey). Thank you
