I just find obesity to be highly unattractive. I’m not the type of leave my partner if they became huge but if they refuse to change down the line, I would.

My brother’s (30M) girlfriend (27F) is an international graduate student from Beijing, China. She is about to graduate with an engineering degree. They had been together for little over a year. The issue they are currently facing is that despite more than a year of trying, she couldn’t find an employer to sponsor her for a full time role. Her visa will expire in a few months so she will have to leave the country when it does. My brother can‘t bear the thought of her leaving and having to break up with her. He wants to marry her because it’s the only way she can continue living in the US. Do you think it’s a good idea? My family is trying to talk him out of it because they think she is just trying to use him for a green card. I don’t know if she is but I don’t think this is a good reason to get married.

I know an old lady in her 70s who is currently looking for a roommate. She is widowed and retired and needs a tenant to help with bills. This will be her 1st time living with a stranger. I feel bad for her. She shouldnt have to deal with this BS at this stage of her life.
