No accident but made police report online for the sake of my sleep - should I tell insurance

I wasn’t sure if I hit a car but I have 100% hit a curb. The suspected car did not stop/followed me/horn. I didn’t want to be deemed as hit and run so I made a police report even though I was 70% sure I did not hit it. (I’m very anxious driving atm since I was recently involved in an accident). There was no damage to my car - no dents no scruffs no scratch marks no paint transfer on the side where I would have made contact with the car. But I have a lot of what ifs in my head so I filed the police report. Now I’ve got a police reference/log number, do I have to tell my insurance about this?

I was driving home this afternoon at a really tight road where it is a residential area with terrance houses on both sides. There were parked cars on both sides of the road and the road could only barely fit 2 cars. By the time of the incident, there was a driver coming on my right. He actually had a space to his right where he could move into so have space for me to pass through but he didn’t. I was trying to avoid bumping into him and I think my left mirror ended up bumping and scraping the side mirror of a parked car. There was a thud. I panicked and left the scene but right after I got home I reported this to the police using an online form (that was 2 hours after). I have a dash cam so I was able to identify the suspected car I might have caused the damage. There is a superficial scratch on my mirror.
I felt really guilty about it and went back to the scene after work just to see if I can find the car I suspected I scratched their side mirror, but couldn’t find it (this was about 4 hours after the incident). My mind was imagining the worse that I have actually broken their side mirror though I did not hear any mirror smashing or anything, apart from the thud and I could see y right mirror moved as well as I passed the parked car. I updated the police report saying I went back to the scene hoping I can find the driver/speak to someone to leave details but couldn’t find anyone.
Have I done everything I need to? I’m so worried and anxious about it. This is my first incident after getting a license 3 years ago, I know this is not an excuse but the area I drove to this afternoon was new to me and it has notoriously bad driving conditions.
