Does anyone have any specific advice on how to improve my shop? More in desc. [OC]

I post my designs mostly on Instagram and Reddit and when I do, I get a lot of positive feedback but I still haven't made a single sale :( what am I doing wrong?

I opened my shop on 4/20. I had a sticker shop once before like a year ago with different designs (I even left my most popular old designs in this shop) and I would make like 1-4 sales every time I posted about them but now it's crickets.

I'm pretty deep in the LPS community (like, personally, not in a weird seeking clients way) and these designs get a lot of love. Plus, I'm really proud of all the designs too whereas old designs that I didn't like as much would sell at least 1 or 2 :/

Idk, I think it might be how I'm presenting my shop? That's all I can think of at this point.

My Instagram has pics and videos in nice outdoor lighting to show off their holographic laminate, but I haven't taken the time to move them into my store directly because if you're in my store I think there's a pretty good chance one of those vids is how you got there 🤷 but I'll take the time to do it if other shop owners think it's a good idea

It's fucked up, but tipping well before the delivery makes your delivery slower. I used to deliver pizzas and it was the standard attitude.

If they see the good tip is already in the bag, they're going to spend more effort on the deliveries with low/no tips to hopefully get a good cash tip.

The hottest pizzas always go to people who write "cash tip" and the coldest goes to the best pre-tip. Everyone else falls somewhere in between

I was hoping to do follow-me-eyes but I think I'm just going to be happy with flat eyes, at least for now :3 the eye holes are just so teeny tiny and this is AFTER I took a heat gun and plyers to the base lol

I'm really, really excited to make them! I've been drawing a new eye style lately that I think would really translate well onto her.

(Second head I've made, first was the Garf suit 🍝🐱) ((The base is a mystery 3D print misprint I got for 20$ on DD))

I know that this is probably just an inconsistency because of the Erin's all writing over each other BUT STILL

SquirrelFlight has genuine, founded concerns about HawkFrost and LeafPool is downplaying it, saying "you can't just assume he'll be as evil as his father." That could be valid, but LEAFPOOL YOU LITERALLY heard first hand from his sister that he is power hungry and she has to lie to him about stuff because he's so aggressive! NOT TO MENTION YOU YOURSELF heard him say he's getting close to certain cats so he can TAKE OVER THE FOREST AND SPECIFICALLY THUNDERCLAN TERRITORY!

Like girl, come on 😭😭

I have two sets of paws and they both have the same problem :/ I feel like I constantly have to wiggle my fingers further into the paws to keep control of them.

One set has a tighter lining, which helps a little, but it's still annoying.

Is there a way to fix this for my third set?

I love the concept for the two on the first slide but both of them seem kind of... Blah... Boring and unfinished? Idk, they don't spark joy in the way I'm looking for.

The second slide is designs that I'm really happy with to show what I'm going for. And while I love those ones, I'd also accept concrit on them!
