Booked Courtyard by Marriott Downtown Manhattan and will be arriving late at night. How do I tell the hotel this? I’m not able to call them and they have no mail. I tried the general “contact us” button on Marriott website

I booked this hotel in August with my family. I will be landing in JFK from Europe at 10 PM and with immigration and transport into Manhattan and will probably be at the hotel at around 12-01 AM.

I want to contact the hotel and tell them this just so they don’t think that we didn’t show up.

I just don’t know how to correctly contact them regarding this. I’m not able to call them from Europe with by my phone carrier and they don’t have an email. I tried writing to them 4 days ago through the general “contact us” where you select hotel. But I haven’t heard anything back yet.

Is there anything else I can do? It’s my first time booking with a Marriott hotel and I booked directly.
