Why do we always do this on the plane?

The aircraft lands and taxi's onto the stand / apron at the airport. As soon as that seat belt sign switches off. Almost everyone stands up. But you can't stand up, your are literally crouching, theres no room to stand. Theres lockers above your heads. You can't get off the plane any quicker, you are literally stuck until every row has cleared. What's the urgency to remove your Seatbelt as quick as you can, half the time the seat belt sign is still lit when half the aircraft has just undone theirs, the seat belts really aren't that uncomfortable, they are adjustable too. But the urgency to get off that aircraft when you know you can't get off any quicker is beyond me.

Would anyone like daily chats with this guy here?

Hello, honesty is the policy here and I'm probably one of the most upfront person you will ever meet.

So I'm married (looking for a platonic friendship).

I have children. Yep, I'm a dad.

Unfortunately I don't play computer games (seems that's a big theme here). But that's not because I don't like them, it's just that I do other stuff aswell.

I'm creative and a great imaginator and visionaire

I go through phases where sometimes I'm into spooky stuff, then I have a thing for thriller TV shows, then sometimes I want to make music, and other times I'm just like 'meh' haha

I'm a very good listener with a fair bit of life experience, and I will always be honest.

I'm general I'd say I'm pretty chill, laid back, and go with the flow type of guy. Easy to get on with.

Just looking for people to exchange messages and see how it goes really.

Feel free to DM me and would be cool to chat.

Have a great day (from the UK).

Just a heads up for total noobs.

I know this is sooo obvious but just incase a complete noob doesn't know this;

All the FL Keys controllers by Novation come with a 6 month trial edition of FL Studio Producer for free, so you can stop worrying about purchasing the software for atleast half year and really evaluate if you want to continue in 6 months time and also worry about that then. It's a win win really. If you don't get on with FL atleast you still have a midi controller that you can use with other DAWs. And if you do decide to continue then you know that music production is for you and you can invest in your hobby and money not wasted.

You can get a refurb model with included 6 month trial for £77 from Novation. That's a very cheap price to own a controller and play with FL for atleast 6 months before you decide to buy a paid for license and you still have a cool controller. Great deal I think👍

Any sample CD archives?

Hi all, I'm looking for any archives of 90s kits and percussion such as bongos and congas etc. I'm trying to make hard groove with a 90s vibe and looking for sounds of that era. Also any short snappy short tailed kicks would be a bonus too. Would anyone be so kind to point me in the right direction. Thank you.

What is it with grey in the UK?

Why did us Brits go overboard on grey, grey carpets, grey walls, grey windows, grey furniture, grey cars, grey fence, grey absolutely everything. I thought it was a phase, but grey is absolutely everywhere. Is grey to stay forever?

Hi, I'm just feeling a little lost.

Just reaching out really, would be nice to make new friends. I'm LGBTQ plus but I'm in a hetrosexual relationship. I have always felt in very good company of the LGBTQ plus community and back in my younger days I partied where no straight person ever went. To this day although I'm happy in my relationship I always feel like something is missing. I just can't put my finger on it really. I've not really reached out on reddit before, but there are some such awesome communities here that I'd love to be welcomed here. Maybe I could make some friends along the way. Anyway, saying hello and I'm glad I've joined.

FL Studio is soo mouse click, midi controller help.

I've just downloaded the FL Studio demo and I'm really getting into, lots of self learning, trial and error and clicking on literally everything to see what it does. AI does a wonderful job of answering questions quickly and I'm grateful for that.

My question is, I now want to tap in notes and rhythms with a midi controller without clicking them in on the piano roll, the FL GUI is so click based and I really need a controller. Are there any controllers thats recommended to save my poor mouse. Just a good mix of useful buttons, rotaries or faders. Is there a controller that just genuinely makes FL so much easier and has a nice mic of controls. Im only interested in 25 to 37 keys ideally. What is everyone else using?

How do know who is a bot, an AI or a fake? I'd like real people please.

As everyone seems to be anonymous and you don't who they really are. What are the tell tale signs?
