I'm trying to use Totilpay Go for SNAP transactions at a farmers market. I keep getting a "Failed to connect to host" error when trying to complete transactions. I've tried restarting my ipad, force closing the app, and connecting to different networks, and tried the in-app communication test. Nothing is working. Customer service is not open today. Anybody have any tips?

I want to be able to change the position and size of images in resolve by clicking and dragging the resize handles of the image like you see here:

All the tutorials I find point to the "transform" settings for this instead, but that seems needlessly tedious and I'm finding it hard to believe that there is no way to manipulate images with resize handles. Is this really the only way or am I dumb?
