Chow Yun-fat is Inspector "Tequila" Yuen and hes known as the chinese max payne. He has a video game sequel to this film called Stranglehold where you shoot in slow motion bullet time called "Tequila Time" acting as a head nod to the max payne franchise itself. An underrated gem of a title on both fronts.
