Is there a way to get a hold of a person in Anthropic?

TL;DR - is there a way to communicate with a human over there? I signed up for Claude for Non Profits Teams and we were assessed tax and I can't find a way to have it removed.

Long story:

I am the IT for a non profit. I contacted sales and exchanged emails a couple of times with a guy in sales, who was slow to respond. I once got an Out Of The Office from him in which he informed he would be out for a week, no backup contact, no phone, nothing. I started the sign up online and got errors with the platform that authenticates us as a non-profit. So I emailed them and all I got where AI replies, even when they wouldn't actually answer my question, there was no way to get a person.

The platform fixed their issues, I signed up and we were charged tax, which already seems dumb to me because we have been approved as a non profit. The guy I emailed with instructed me to get in the chat and tell what I needed. I did, nobody replied in the entire day. I emailed him the following day to let him know, he didn't reply. I sent a message to their support, got a message back saying they would reply by email, but they didn't. I emailed the sales guy two more times still nothing.

Joseph Magnus Bourbon Private Barrel blind

Spec's pick and Empire Liquor pick. Both 10 years old, Spec's pick with a proof of 105 and Empire 109.96.

I've been wanting to blind these two for a while now. Finnaly I got both bottles that have been breathing for a few weeks.

Empire Liquor pick. Nose: caramel, but then subtle oak and rye spice pop up, and a lot of cherry; brown sugar on the background as it sits. 8

Palate: cherry, creamy, a little nutty, peanut brittle, subtle oak, some sweet wine. 7.5

Finish: great, long and warm finish, with mostly cherry and no spice. 8

Overall 7.83

Spec's pick. Nose: a lot of sweet oak, butterscotch, dark sugar, some sweet baking spices.7.5

Palate: leather up front, creamy, sweet oak, roasted marshmallows, dark fruits, 7.75

Finish: medium long, fruity 7.5

Overall 7.58

I ended up giving a slightly higher rating to the Empire pick, but they are very close. I think it's a matter of preference. The Spec's pick leans more on the oaky notes, and the Empire pick on cherry and dark fruits. I like both.

Given the unique aspect of the barrels in which they were aged (American Oak barrels manufactured by a French company specialized in wine barrels), this bottle is worth having. Both picks are delicious, and the story behind it makes this edition a piece of history.

Double fresh crack of craft whiskey.

First up, Walleye Run Malted Rye Double Barrel.

I really like their malted rye CS pick, and this bottle had some great reviews, some calling it one of the best of 2025 and a sleeper.

I didn't get much oak anywhere, neither on the nose, nor on the palate. A lot of traditional rye notes with some malty undertones.

Crittenden's Cut Above SiB bourbon.

Their Wampus Cat rye is phenomenal, so time to see how the bourbon is.

A lot of caramel and fruit on the nose, char and cooked sugary fruit on the palate.

Advantage Walleye.

We'll see how they open up.

Review: Starlight Toasted Barrel Bourbon

Second pour out of the bottle, opened about a month ago.

Neat, rested on Glencairn for 20 minutes.

Nose: sweet right away, cherries, dark sugar, vanilla, oak, strawberry jam, slight ethanol. 7.5

Palate: sweet oak, charred fruit, peanut brittle, vanilla, citrus, pipe tobacco, 7.5

Finish: medium long, spicy, sweet 7.5

Overall 7.5

Thoughts: this is a really solid bottle. Some bottles are stronger in some aspects, weak on others. This one is very good all around and for the price, is a no brainer. It's got a great balance of sweet notes, citrusy notes and oak.
