I was trying to get her side profile but I guess she didn’t like that

found it on a beach next to a bay a few months ago, its definitely a huge clump of tail feathers but I don’t know from what. Swan maybe? They’re a bit dirty.

I am pretty confident that it is a cormorant, problem is there are two species of cormorant where I live (Rhode Island, USA) and I can’t figure out which one it is. I took this like two days ago (may 1st)
