We have multiple lines on our account, 2 of which are iPads. They suddenly stopped working when not on wifi which defeats the purpose of having service lines on them. Contacted Verizon to troubleshoot. Took hours. Was walked through the typical off/on process, reset the device. Then was told the eSIM had been deleted. They reformatted a new eSIM and magically, service was restored…for less than an hour. Back to square one and waiting waiting waiting for this to be fixed. Transfer after transfer. We are considering leaving Verizon at this point because we rely on our devices for work.
