How would you start a local group or community to bring people together?

This is something that's been sitting on my mind but I want to create a local group or community to bring misunderstood, intelligent and like-minded people my age together

The problem is I have no idea how to do that and how to make the experience worth their while.

What would you guys do?

Do people think you're pessimistic when you are trying to come off as realistic?

Anytime I try to point both sides of a situation or a specific nuance that should be considered, I get told I'm pessimistic or have a doomer mindset.

For example: I was in another thread on the topic of how you're supposed to connect with people in public.

I was pointing out the fact that it doesn't always work the way people tend to lead off because, how are you supposed to know who you should and shouldn't approach, and not being able to take rejection and what if there are large groups or people who are busy.

For some reason someone told me to stop the pessimistic/doomer mindset and to go outside...which I do because even i know better than to stay online all the time.

It bothered me that they said this was a pessimistic/doomer mindset even though I was just trying to point out the nuances and other factors in this situation that can make it awkward.

Does anyone else have an experience similar to this as an INTJ?

Do you tend to feel misunderstood? If so, why?

Is there a consistent basis where we INTJs are constantly misunderstood by the majority?

What do we do, to mitigate that so people can understand and take us seriously instead of dismissing us?

Whenever you are doing anything in life and it lacks stimulation for your brain, do you change how you are doing that said task or do you completely drop it and do something else?

How do you guys remain stimulated in things that are so boring and dreadful?

For most instances, I saw things in layers, tiers, realms and systems but I'm wondering if any of you guys see it any differently at all?

How do you guys see the world?

Context:

an INTJ-T myself, I always dream big, plan a lot, think ahead, wait for the right time but nothing ever changes and it's been tearing me apart of years. I even second guess, overthink and try to replan the original plan because it isn't perfect enough.

It gets to a point where I get overwhelmed thinking about everything I need to do that I shutdown and my brain distracts me to do something completely unrelated to all the things I should be doing for myself

24 and I'm not getting any younger here.

The question:

I'm wondering if this is a commonality for us INTJs, where get stuck in a loop of analysis paralysis and initiation freeze.

What do you guys do to break out of it?
