The worst part of sobriety (day )

Waking up sober and realizing the state I let me house get into.

I've been so complacent with the mess, I just numbed it out and acted like it was fine.

Now, in my sober state it's all so overstimulating. I never invite anyone over because of how messy it is, and I never cleaned because no one ever came over.

I can't own and maintain a house and deal with the surprise repairs and issues while high all the time.

I want to be you But if I could, I wouldn't be here.

I want to be sober. I'm tired of how much mental energy weed takes up. I don't like being a loser.

But I have C-PTSD, my mum smoked while pregnant with me. I've had unlimited access to weed since I was 16. I've been smoking half my life and every time I stop the addict voice gets so loud.

I want to get sober. I want to stay sober. But holy shit, trying is such an active process, and I'm tired chief.

Off to Font soon, need a training plan

Hi bros, off to Bleau soon, so need to intensify my gains so I can crush the crag. How's my plan looking?

  • Dancersize, 2x a week
  • BJJ, 3x a week
  • 40km swim, 2x a week
  • Fighting gumbies in the gym, daily
  • Tendoncrusher 3000's, daily

Can't think of any other training I might want to focus on before my climbing holiday to the climbing town.

Anything I'm missing?

TIA
