What's a 'typical' serving size of black seed (nigella sativa) oil per day?

I haven't used it much but tried a sample of it recently and enjoyed it.

As I understand it is considered medicinal by some, so I don't want to overconsume it.

I tried to look for recipes that used it, but I had a hard time searching and didn't find much.

I'd say The Brothers Sun, though it's closest to S4 VM. There are some parallels and it touches on class and race consciousness in similar, but not really the same ways (probably due to differences in the backgrounds of the writers' rooms).

I'm kind of stabbing in the dark here so bear with me. My knowledge of EDM is pretty poor, so I doubt it wasn't a mainstream song.

It sounded kind of like Strobe by deadmau5, but more aggressive, with more 'crackling' for lack of a better word (I'm not a musician). But it had chords that were held for a while like https://youtu.be/C-58qRnI6kQ?t=325 and the beat drop was much more distinct and a bigger contrast than Strobe, with the first few notes after the beat drop being held for 1.5-2 secs each maybe? Just like more of a stronger distinct melody than Strobe I guess, and a bit less repetitive of a melody?

I want to say the thumbnail was blue in color theme and mebbe there was 'equal' somewhere in the title? Like Equalizer or Equilibrium? I have no idea, that might be totally wrong.

The problem is that I'm so generally not up on music details that I don't even have the language to describe what's in my head

EDIT, no lyrics in the song.

It really did sound like Strobe, but it ramped up and immediately detached around a minute in from the lowkey vibe that Strobe had. Maybe it was some remix of Strobe?

EDIT, maybe it was a dubstep song?

I remember the build up before the beat drop sounded somewhat similar to this: https://youtu.be/iRA82xLsb_w?t=99

And after the beat drop, for lack of a better description, I drew a picture of what I remember hearing https://i.ibb.co/99LFgc3Q/image.png

Now that I'm thinking more about it, maybe it was a dubstep song? That could explain why I haven't found any close examples yet

EDIT,

Someone else posted " Is it Cracks Flux Pavilion Remix? The arpeggio build up of Opus and the prolonged chords of Toulouse sounds a bit like this song maybe ?

https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=K1VLaXoRRdk "

This is definitely the closest, but there were no lyrics. And I want to say the tempo actually changed during the song maybe?

Or like it kept building and building and building in intensity (whether that was tempo or melody related, I can't remember), and the fade away was maybe the last 20-30s of the song. The "sound" for lack of a better word was like Strobe mixed with I-don't-know-the-name-of-the-melody-instrument-in-this-song, and the first part until the beat drop and the very beginning of the beat drop was similar to Strobe, but then instead of just being kinda repetitive and fading out like Strobe, it kept building like described earlier.

I also think it was a shorter song, 3.5 min or maybe even shorter

It seems like the go-to for this before was stuff like Klipsch Promedia 2.0, but I'm not sure what happened to those.

Also, I did have some Klipsch Promedia 4.1s in the long past and I do remember this being a problem: https://www.reddit.com/r/buildapc/comments/9nxtsc/i_need_replacement_for_klipsch_promedia_20/

So I'd like to avoid white noise like this if possible.

I honestly don't know what direction to go.

I guess Edifier MR4 vs 1700BTS?

Desk space is a bit at a premium and I don't know if I ever intend to connect a subwoofer to be honest. I move around a lot and having more stuff is kind of a pain.

I would rather buy from not-Amazon if it's a reputable store, but I understand if Amazon is the best place right now.

Is edifier-online.com legit? How long do their sales last?

I also have some pretty bad chronic pain that gets worse with certain signatures, though I haven't quite figured out a pattern. For example, I love Gamer Nexus' content, but Steve's voice for some reason gives me searing headaches.

Due to this noise sensitivity, I basically came up with a strange EQ profile by tuning down specific frequencies that would cause pain. Here's what it ended up looking like for my built-in laptop speakers:
