My favorite thing about being seed oil free

No sunburns! My God, it’s incredible. I have very pale Irish skin and growing up I had some gnarly sunburns (blistering and painful). I ended up treating the sun as the enemy. On sunny days I would stay in the shade and not enjoy outdoor activities as much, always worried about another painful sunburn. But after replacing seed oils with animal fats I can actually stay out in the glorious sunshine. I still get slightly red but it never hurts or blisters. The sun is so amazing and relaxing and I can finally enjoy it!

Since learning more about seed oils I completely gave up peanut butter. Recently I’ve had a craving for a PB&J. How bad would a natural style peanut butter with no added seed oils be? It seems the fat profile of peanuts is not great.

Sorry if this is the wrong subreddit for this, I’m kinda dumb. But I was listening to Rage Against the Machine yesterday and thinking back to high school and had a dumb thought. I remember back during the 2000 election they dissed Al Gore in Guerrilla Radio and crashed the DNC convention with a concert outside. Gore only lost to Bush by about 500 votes in Florida. Realistically if RATM hadn’t dissed Gore and the Democrats he probably would’ve gotten more of the youth vote and won the election. Assuming Gore would have had less NeoCons in his cabinet it seems like the Iraq War is Tom Morello’s fault.
