(M25) My psychiatrist told me I could lower my dose from .5mg Xanax a day to .375 a day it’s only been a day been feeling a bit tired and but apart from that everything has been well! After two years I finally started to lower my dose! Hope this reaches someone who needs to hear this! Its a process and we all go through it differently but we can all make it much love!
