It seems to be a pattern of people not having parents that showed them how to be normal and unfortunately for you guys, i am one of them.

School was awful because of unattended learning disabilities and i couldnt wait to get out of it. By the end of highschool i just didnt care at all and had no plan for my future. I was stuck in intensive reading since 8th grade and even though i passed the class, i could never pass the computerized test at the end of the year.
They gave me the opportunity to do summer school to get my credits up and received what i like to call it, a “try again” diploma. Basically 90% done for the credits but i just need that reading test.

I remember my counselor telling me to contact her once i was ready to retake the test, however do i still contact my highschool almost a decade later?
Ive dealt with a little anxiety about starting school or getting my real diploma but i think the real issue is that i literally dont know where to go and i cant imagine anyone being able to help me??

I also dont live in the same state anymore so i dont know if that also hinders me 😭

Long story short, log out and back in again. Then log back out and in again after every purchase because theyre lazy and hates us. You do still get an email saying you have rewards and you can copy the code into the redeem coupon section.

I had a few coworkers and some customers say they had the same issue as me so i decided to contact the customer service chat. After my whole explanation they of course just wanted to shoo me away with a “you have x amount of points right now” yeah DUH i KNOW. So i had to explain it again, feeling like a little karen saying everything i just said but even longer.
They told me to log out and log in again. in frustration i did it and it DID work. However, im annoyed and dont want to contact them again because after every purchased you have to log out AGAIN.
Like its great you had a short term solution for me but how about look into the issue and actually fix it 🙃
