Re inspection fee
hello,
me and my partner have recently moved out of our house, after we cleaned it the on site management have don’t the inspection and sent over an email with additional work that needs doing, I completed this yesterday, however due to a miscommunication i re-cleaned the window runners in the wrong room, leaving on not clean enough for onsite management. this I am absolutely fine with but they are trying to charger me a $200 re inspection fee and I was wondering if this is legal? as they have tried to pressure me to pay unlaw fees in the past.
