red hard bumps on back

Hi all, I have these red bumps on my back, initially i thought they were pimples but they could not be squeezed and they werent going away. The red bumps would sometimes hurt as well.

They appeared after I got this tattoo in Bali last December, not sure if it’s because the studio wasn’t clean? Does anyone know what these are? Would love to get it checked asap as more and more kept popping up

i am trying to lose weight and crave sugar all the time so i am looking for a protein bar that is low in calories, satisfy my sugar cravings and is high in protein. would be great if its affordable too hahaha

i really like naturevalley’s chewy peanut butter and chocolate protein bar taste wise but theres only 10g of protein and a lot of sugar.
