How to manage rosacea?

Ive been having skin like this for 16 years. Few years ago diagnosed with acne rosacea.

Routine is biore men acne skincare + cerave hydrating clenser

Both day and night.

Occasionally i use biore double acne control if i get flare ups or feel an intense level of oil buildup.

I want to achieve clear skin with no redness but i dont know how. Tried many products but most of it triggers my rosacea due to sg’s humid weather causing it to feel sticky and cloggy almost immediately. Appreciate all your help .

I thought titanium watches would stop the issue

I get this frequently when I wear a watch. Not all the time. I tried titanium watches thinking they are supposed to be hypoallergenic, but this still occurs. Any tips? I still want to wear a watch.

Specifically, are there any skincare products like serums/creams (that are fungal acne safe/non-comedogenic)/anything!!! that can reduce this bumpy look?

I’m currently using
Anua BHA 2+ Ceramides Gentle Exfoliating Toner (once every 2-3 days)
Eqqualberry Purple PDRN Pore Minimising Serum (everyday)
Skintific 5x Ceramide Barrier Moisture Gel (everyday)

red hard bumps on back

Hi all, I have these red bumps on my back, initially i thought they were pimples but they could not be squeezed and they werent going away. The red bumps would sometimes hurt as well.

They appeared after I got this tattoo in Bali last December, not sure if it’s because the studio wasn’t clean? Does anyone know what these are? Would love to get it checked asap as more and more kept popping up

Is it possible to achieve clear skin ( results + long period of having clear skin ) by doing skin care consistently and maintaining diet? I see some people face no pimples at all I just wonder if they got it from genetics or disciplined skin care routine 😦

Went to 2 different doctors but 1 of them said it might not be shingles. Painful when I shower and it starts to itch once the cream wears off. Had very small blisters on the first 2 days. Currently on 4th day of meds but just wanted to get closure on this.

M21, skin condition as attached in the photo.

For the first pic, I've had this chicken skin looking thing for quite some time now, mainly around my upper arm and shoulders.

For the second pic (zoomed in), I seem to have many little light brown dots all over my forearm, although I do not get much sun exposure each day.

How do I even begin to approach this? I have never bothered with proper skincare before. Perhaps poor sleeping habits could be the cause? I do exercise though, like swimming or gymming.

Thanks

All my life, I avoided hand creams, it becomes too oily on the hands to do anything. Till recently, someone taught me to use it the PROPER way. Hand creams are suppose to be applied on the BACK of the hands and u rub back to back till absorb. That way, no work is hindered, I have no dry palms issue, just wanna care for my hands and let them look pretty! 😍

Small bumps after threading!

Hello everyone! Two weeks ago I decided to thread my face and since then I have had some breakouts that I normally don’t have since getting on accurate some years ago. The inflamed spots have subsided, but I have been left with these skin coloured bumps that are for sure not whiteheads. I’m starting to think that it is some form of folliculitis.

I’m using a cleanser for sensitive skin from Thank you Farmer and 2-3 days a week salicylic acid 2% but I don’t think it has helped.

Has anyone got a similar experience? And if yes, what has helped?

I’ve already consulted a couple of dermatologists/clinics, followed the prescribed treatments properly, but nothing has really worked long-term. Either the acne comes back or my skin gets irritated because it’s quite sensitive.

Looking for dermatologists in Hyderabad who:

  • actually take time to understand the root cause
  • don’t just push expensive procedures/packages
  • are good with acne-prone sensitive skin
  • prescribe practical treatments that actually work

Would really appreciate recommendations based on your personal experience (doctor name + clinic location if possible).

Also if anyone dealt with persistent acne in Hyderabad and finally found something that worked, please share your experience.

Dandruff help!

Excluding ketaconazole has anything helped you keep you dandruff free? Something not harsh something that won't shed my hair. TIA

I always buy a cream that comes from Japan. 5 bottles for $135. The bottle is quite small. I quite like it but I want to try a cheaper option.
