What Complementary Discipline Do You Use Alongside Calisthenics

To all Calisthenics athletes who utilize other workout disciplines to complement your Calisthenics journey, what is your favorite combination, and how well does it work for you? What complementary discipline has assisted you well?

Calisthenics + Kettlebell Training has worked well for my explosiveness & relative strength. I used to combine Calisthenics and Powerlifting to increase both my absolute and relative strength, but I ended up fking up my right elbow. Now I can't do a pushing movement without it clicking. I also have a friend who does Olympic Weightlifting & a bit of Gymnastics

Want to Hit Your Protein Goals: Join the WLF or Seraphites

Among all survivor groups in the game universe, I bet the Wolves and the Scars are arguably the most well-fed. Just by looking at Abby's physique as well as the presence of female brutes in the Seraphite faction, we can ascertain that both factions have the most abundant food supplies. These are women in a post-apocalyptic world, for God's sakes, but look how jacked they are.

You can't build that much muscle through rigorous physical activities if you're not hitting your protein needs.

How Many Force Users Would It Take to Beat All The Skywalkers

Assuming all the Skywalkers, Anakin included, were to achieve their fully realized potential and exist all at the same era. How many force users (Jedi or Sith) would it need to beat them?

Most Evil Villain Tierlist

I was inspired by the most evil villain ranking that user Brendan Frost made from this link: https://www.reddit.com/r/uncharted/comments/1kk3deg/most\_evil\_uncharted\_villains\_ranked/.

I made a tierlist based on everything he wrote because I agree with him. This tierlist includes even Golden Abyss.

Does Revan's Lore Make Sense?

Ok before anyone reaches their pitchforks, I like Revan's characterization. I just can't help but question if his background makes sense from an SW Lore's perspective. Revan's authors established him as a balanced character with the capability of harnessing both sides of the force (light & dark).

Doesn't this contradict SW's lore of it being impossible to belong to either side of the force? It's also been established that the balance of the force involves the absence of the dark side - an unnatural anomaly - and not being in equilibrium between the light and the dark.

How does one make sense of Revan's abilities given these established ideas?

Hardest Course/Subject in ACCT Grad School

I've heard so many cite Intermediate 2 ACCT as the hardest undergraduate course for college ACCT studs. In the case of grad school, what subject/course would you guys cite as the hardest ever you've ever encountered?

What is your program's equivalent to grad school physics students' Quantum Mechanics?

Hardest Biology Course/Subject Ever in Undergrad & Grad School

To Biology students and grads of Reddit, what subject in your field is often considered the most difficult by most of your peers?

I asked a rather similar question in r/Physics and r/Chemistry. The former labelled Quantum Physics as the hardest while the latter users mentioned Quantum Chem as the hardest, respectively. As for your field, what would you consider the most gut-wrenching in your experience? What Bio subject did you struggle in the most

Note: Org Chem doesn't count

What Causes Natural Ambidexterity

Hello folks, I'm a natural ambidextrous who finds the concepts of handedness and foot dominance foreign. I was born with the equal capability to do any task with either hand, unless an item is made to favor a particular side.

My question is, what the heck causes ambidexterity anyway? My theory is that I was born this way because of my parents' hand dominance. My mom is a lefty while my dad is a righty. Does this mean side dominance is related to non-Mendelian genetics (aka Heterozygous punnet square)

Note: I am not talking about **Cross Dominance (**a situation where someone's dominant hand depends on the task) nor converted lefties - lefties forced to use their right hand due to environmental constraints and social forcing.

Hardest Chemistry Subjects for Chemistry Grads

To the Chemists of Reddit, which Chemistry subject do you guys find the most difficult during your undergrad days, heck, even during your grad years?

A lot of forums cite Organic Chem as the hardest, but upon examining the commenters & respondents, I've noticed that most are pre-med studs taking Bio. Not really a reliable metric since they don't deal much with other advanced Chem subjects. Some cited Physical Chem as the hardest due to the brute force analysis it requires.

Is There Such a Thing as Taro Jam?

I know of the Ube Jam, which is derived from the purple yam and grew quite fond of it. I also happen to know that Taro - also a yam like purple yam - is used for various desserts as well. The question is, is there such a thing as Taro Yam? If there is, i want to try out myself. I've always been obsessed with comparing Taro with Ube.

Note: To the moderators, I couldn't find the right flare for this. Taro is from Southeast Asia and there seems to be no flare for it.
