Homemade masala potato wedges – went a little crazy with the spices 😅🔥

Made these crispy potato wedges and didn’t hold back on the masala… chili flakes, seeds, herbs basically everything went in 😂
They turned out super crunchy and spicy, definitely not for the weak lol
