Help! Night shift diet needs work?
I'm trying to fix how I eat on nights, this is what I've come up with, but I feel like something is missing. Any ideas much appreciated!
7pm: Everyday Smoothie + Meat and Veggies
11pm: Snack (Apples with Peanut Butter)
3am: Dinner
6am: Snack (Jerky and Fruit Salad)
8am: Breakfast (Weetabix)

• Greek Yoghurt
• Spinach
• Frozen Strawberries
• 2 tbsp Milled Seed Mix
• Banana
• Avocado
• 50g of Protein Powder
