Minoxidil @ Costco

I see two versions. 5% Minoxidil Topical Solution, 2 fl oz, 6-pack for $17 ish vs Minoxidil Foam for Men, 2.11 oz, 6-count for $48ish.

One is a liquid and another is foam. Both are advertised as 6 month supply.

For those of you who have bought from Minoxidil which one is the best to go for. Do they give similar results. My use is for beard and for thinnig crown.

Medium to long term car parking

I will be travelling outside Sacramento for about 2 months soon and after coming would have a need to be out for another 6 months. Cannot take the car with me so I am looking for long term car parking thats affordable. Has anyone found luck with finding someones garage to park it (on facebook marketplace). Are there yards with security where I can rent and park or storage units where I can leave it safe. I wish there was a dedicated service for this where someone would run the car once every few weeks to keep it in condition but if not , getting a safe parking would fit my bill.

New OCI fees

I read the new fees is $275 but Rs15000 if applied from India. I will be going to India for 5 months (on visa). Can I apply for OCI from India (with online application I read process gets completed in 2 weeks).

Or being on a visa, I cant apply for OCI ?

Just curious, what was the OCI application fees last year (just for comparison)

A starter with mutual funds - Does a 0% yield mutual fund mean it doesnt pass on any dividends ?

Can such a fund still attract capital gains tax (because the fund still would be making capital gains by buying and selling).

If there is capital gains passed on to unit holder/investor although no dividends are paid, will the investor have to also pay capital gains when they sell and cash the fund units ?

For eg buy a fund at unit price of 100. After two years sell them at unit price of 120 (20 dollar profit per unit). In those two years he gets capital gains tax from fund. Does the investor have to pay capital gains on 20 dollars gain (per unit) and also for capital gains the fund passed on to him (annually). Wont that be double taxation on similar profits ?
