Strange noise from rear suspension/hubs

I've got a weird one.

When the steering lock is anywhere to the right of centre the weird noise in the video turns up.

I can't tell if it's coming from the left or right hand side.

Any ideas? I had a look on here first and I seem to be the first person to have this problem!

Sorry if this has already been covered but I did a search and couldn't find the topic covered.

My partner has a mk3 1.3 petrol and I'm going to do a service on it but was trying to find which plug is best to fit.

My search has turned up either the NGK SILFR6A11 or BPR6EIX as the ideal option but I want to be sure before I buy them and find they're not right when replacing.
