How normal is gum itching the day after maxillary wisdom tooth removal?

Had an upper wisdom tooth removed yesterday. So far, hardly any pain, very mild swelling, not much symptoms at all, really. The only thing that’s kinda noticeable is the site is getting kind of itchy.

Is this normal and a good sign or is it something more nefarious?
Additionally, do you all recommend using the syringe they gave me to flush out the sockets or would you opt for just the salt water rinses (no swishing) instead?

6 hours post upper wisdom tooth removal. I’ve bit 6 different gauze pieces for an hour each. This is the amount of blood i have 6 hours later. Should i stop and let it be or keep biting? Is this normal?

Showed up today, is this an abscess on my wisdom tooth gum line? They’re definitely impacted. 33M. What are the chances that this gets a systemic or life threatening infection spread before i can see a dentist later this week?
