Is this ok? Sometimes my hr drops very low for couple of minutes

It happens randomly when I am sitting or lying down, it goes as low as 36bpm. It only lasts couple of minutes and I can feel my heart beat hard. It's much lower than my resting heart beat

I am new to classical music and stared enjoying seeing symphonic orchestra occasionally. I felt very good about pretty calm and therapeutic trip day before (3g) and I thought seeing a concert could be amazing while being open and in a neuroplastic state.

What a mistake. Not being educated in classical music, I had no idea how chaotic and aggressive Stravinsky's Rites of spring are. First I just suffered, because it felt very intense and loud, thinking I would escape if I wasn't trapped in the middle seat surrounded by old people. But then suddenly my heart started pounding, I think my body was just freaked out from all that noise. I genuinely though I might be dying and considered telling lady next to me that I might be having medical emergency. I decided to wait it out, thinking if I just faint, there's enough people around me to notice. Eventually I found earbuds and used them to block the noise. My heart eventually settled. It was genuinely the scariything I have ever experienced, I was certain that I am dying.

I decided to use it as an opportunity to take care of myself well after experiencing stress. I shook it out, because I've read it's good for resting nervous system, drank some hot chocolate and pampered myself for the rest of the day.

Any similar experiences with heightened sensitivity day after?
