For context I'm M21, I go to uni, I have few friends but we don't see each other, we don't talk or anything. I also have a bf but he's long distance so we don't see each other and only text/call.

I talk to a lot of people online but never in dms, I met someone on Reddit a few weeks ago and the feeling was great, we talked everyday but one day he told me he went to the hospital and since we never talked again (he's fine btw). Do people actually talk to their friends ? My boyfriend is at my place rn and he talks to his friends and I just feel like a dumbass not even getting one notification. I was supposed to go out with a friend to the bar and he completely forgot I was supposed to come and when I sent a message apologising for not coming because I was sick and accidentally fell asleep he had completely forgotten about it.

I also overheard a vc that my bf's friend sent to him and she was like "yeah i think Stan (me) needs to tell you that he can do things that you cant to make himself feel better" i don't?? It genuinely makes me feel evil, is that why no one talks to me ? Even at uni, I made a really good friend last year and she just doesn't talk to me anymore, I talk to people, I send messages and stuff, but they either take 5 days to answer or just answer "real".

I really thought I wouldn't be alone anymore at uni but I never felt so alone in my entire life
