I’ve been dreaming of breaking no contact with my ex for the past three nights in a row and in all of them we just end up talking like how we used to and then the dream ends. Is this a sign to break no contact…?
I’m a complete beginner (can’t even do a sit up level) and I’ve tried ab exercises here and there in order to be able to one day do a sit up but every time I do, my lower back always ends up hurting or feeling sore so I feel like I can’t effectively do the exercises as the pain gets in the way, for example I feel like I could plank for a minute but due to the back pain I drop a lot quicker than I should if that makes sense. I often feel the strain a lot more in my lower back rather than my abs.
So far the only exercise that I’ve done that doesn’t hurt my back are leg raises where i put my hands under my lower back which makes it feel a lot better, not sure if this is proper technique though. Does anyone have any advice for me?
My boyfriend of 2 years was the only person I’ve ever truly age regressed around and he broke up with me yesterday :( We’re currently non contact and I feel so lonely because I can’t regress like this around my friends as they don’t know I do and I’m ashamed of it. I don’t know what to do because now whenever I’m sad and I regress I just feel extra lonely and abandoned and it makes me miss him more and more and I feel like I’m spiralling
I’m currently in school and about to graduate. I will be moving abroad for the new few years for uni and that hawker got me through some tough exam times and stressful periods of school. Would it be weird if I wrote the guy a note just saying thank you for all the yummy food?
Keyword here is horrible. I understand that Mary was not the best mother to Georgie and Missy, they were often neglected for Sheldon, but I also understand that Sheldon was special, he genuinely needed more attention and care which is why he was so often babied by Mary. There were times where Mary fucked up with Missy and Georgie but I felt that most of the time her behaviour was reasonable, so it doesn’t particularly make sense to me when people say she’s a horrible mother who doesn’t care for her other kids and she only cares for Sheldon
I don't want to come off as racist, but from what I'm aware of, Latino is not an ethnicity or race but rather refers to people who come from a Latin American country. But if it's not a race, why do people of Latin American descent tend to have different features and darker skin (eg I see a lot of Latinos online calling themselves brown) in comparison to white people? I understand that there can be white Latinos and black Latinos, but what is the term used to refer to "brown" Latinos? Are they just counted as mixed? Is there no proper term? From what I understand Latin America has a very complex history with colonialism and slavery, which resulted in destroying the native and indigenous people of some countries?
I really don't have ill intentions with this question; I'm just confused. Could someone help clarify?
