Received my car 2 days ago & there’s something wrong with it. What do I do? If the car breaks down, what happens?

I got my 2023 Hyundai Elantra hybrid (27,700 miles on it) on Thursday and it’s very nice. I test drove it before they left, it was fine. I drove it to work yesterday and no issues. I get in my car to drive home from work and it’s whistling. It almost sounds like a water pot that’s steaming and done boiling water? Idk how to explain it exactly. And it felt like the pick up wasn’t great but I thought I just wasn’t used to the feel of it yet. I assume maybe it’s an air intake type issue from what I’ve read but I have no idea because I’m not a mechanic. At first I thought it was the radio, turned it off—not that. I thought hm maybe I have a window cracked open, checked all those—nope. Turned off the AC, turned on the AC—not that either. So I just drove home in silence listening. It was hard to hear because the cabin noise is pretty loud and I was on the highway. At that point I had the car for literally 27 hours so I talk to Carvana and they told me to take it to a dealership. I understand that because it’s still under warranty but also I used Carvana to avoid dealerships lol and now I have to wait 3 days for an appointment. I’m not sure what I was expecting entirely, maybe that Carvana had their own mechanics for situations like this? Or that being it was literally ONE DAY, the option wouldn’t be just to take it to a dealership? the problem is I can’t get a straight answer if I should even be driving it or not? What happens if it the car breaks down? Do I get my money back or just have to pick a different car? The car I have is actually my first car I purchased entirely myself and it’s a nice upgrade for me as I haven’t had a new car in over 10 years. I like the car I got & Carvana doesn’t have another of the same one but im baffled that I’ve had an issue in less than a day. Notoriously I am known to live in a constant state of Murphy’s law so this isn’t shocking to me but it is internally infuriating. Has anyone experienced having an issues within a day?

2023 hybrid Elantra - got it YESTERDAY. Whistling noise?

Purchased my car through Carvana and received it yesterday 5/7/26. Drove it to work and it was fine, as soon as I started to drive it on my way home I heard what sounds like whistling/water pot boiling? Literally had the car for about 27 hours. Carvana told me I have to take it to a dealership but the earliest appt available isn’t until Tuesday. Is this something that can wait? Should I even be driving the car?
