I’m building a small hair styling product (powder for texture/control). (Brand age 7 months)

Over the last few days I’ve been testing distribution through Reddit and short-form content. Plus Offline as well. So far all feedbacks have been good. from both Men and Women.

I’ve gotten:
– ~30k+ views across posts (only counting recent)
– multiple comments + DMs asking about the product
– A lot of product page visits over time

But conversions are extremely low.

I’m trying to understand what’s breaking:
– Messaging?
– Trust?
– Website?
– Or just early stage noise?

I built the product myself and can iterate fast, so I’m open to brutally honest feedback.

What would you focus on fixing first? Any Additional information you Need I'll provide best of my ability.

My hair used to end up messy right after drying, looks okay for a bit, then just loses shape.

Tried gels and wax before, but they either felt heavy or didn’t last long or made my hair stiff/break or worse.

Switched to a lighter way of styling that just adds control instead of forcing hold, this is how it looks now.
