What are real estate problems that a buyer and seller encounters?

----SO THE QUESTION IS----

Are there people who lacks the ability to view/buy land/lot?

Are there people who would enjoy a medium for selling land/lot?

Ive currently made a webapp side project that aims to provide a better way of selling and buying real estate. Think of it as google maps wherein there are filters (search/preferences) and a comprehensive information display (every single possible detail related to real estate) for when a person selects.

There are a lot of "lot for sale" things on trees, why not digitalize it? There is fb marketplace but the information is not given directly (have to pm and such). But I think fb marketplace doesnt push the seller to have a comprehensive display of information and other things that I view as lack of convenience for such(not providing ease to the buyer's thoughts).

Cause right now, if im done and if the project is refined. Im planning on approaching local land owners who are selling their property. Then approaching people who I think knows people who can or may buy the properties. But main goal here is whether or not my side project even has impact.

This is not a working project, no website nor downloadable thing. Just a side project in my laptop.

Ive created my own perfumes using raw materials wherein the perfume are dupes of famous / niche perfumes.

I just have some questions in mind, for anyone here. What do you think makes a perfume "high quality"?

What do you think are amazing perfumes to dupe? Im having a hard time finding the right perfumes to dupe. I currently have ~18 scents in my collection.

Here is my 2nd batch of perfumes, my best performing batch as of now:

**If anyone is near Dumaguete City / Valencia [Negros Oriental]. I'm more than happy to do a sniff session. Just to gather the opinions of others. As of now, a lot of my school friends love the smell and the projection is noticeble. The perfume also last for like 6 hours on clothes and even more when in safe environments.

*Blending Perfumes became a hobby of mine.

I DO SELL BUT IM NOT SELLING, BUYING OR PROMOTING MY PRODUCT HERE. Just curious what perfume suggestions you guys/gals have, what makes a perfume "high quality" and adding the perfume list just provides a reference of what I already have. Hoping this doesn't trigger an action of breaking the rule, I have no intent of such. Thank you!

Hello and good day!

I made my own perfumes (~18 inspired/dupes of niche/famous perfumes) using raw materials + a maceration of 1 month.

Im here to sell my perfumes for 399 pesos | 50ml / extrait de parfum (25%). Crimp Type Perfume Bottle with Pressurized Atomizer.

Here is my current perfume list:

**I also have 10ml for 80 pesos frosted screw type spray bottle.

I've been mixing my own perfumes and basically this is a hobby of mine wherein I have extra stock.

Ive sold a bunch to my friends in school. I get compliments from a person a meter away and when my friends were sniffing/ trying out the perfumes. We get people noticing the smell of the perfumes.

I have no real data but in my experience, the perfume last 6 hours and sometimes more if the condition is right.

If anyone is interested, let me know. I go to FU so if theres anyone who enjoys smelling perfumes, I'll be more than happy to have a sniff session.

++ If possible and with convenience, I will entertain anyone who wants to smell even if they dont wanna buy. This is somewhat a hobby / passion. So hearing people say good stuff is nice, but id like more opinions too ;>.
