Booked a motorcycle from Escaño to my apartment since layo man and I don’t wanna go through the hassle of hailing multiple pedicabs just to go home. Anyway, while we were en-route, he kept asking me if I was single, where do I work, and if my parents are here blah blah blah. I politely answered them. He also asked me if I frequently book motorcycles to go home. The conversation was getting uncomfy when he said that he’ll court me and ask for my fb and number if I book him thrice. So I just slightly laughed and said nothing, fearing that if I said something offensive, he will go off course. After an excruciating amount of time, we arrived near my drop off point. I insisted that he drop me off at the sari sari store near my apartment, but he insisted on taking me inside (to my apartment’s gate). So I wasn’t able to do anything. He dropped me off outside my apartment’s gate. I then hurriedly gave his helmet back, as well as my fare, then entered the gate. Before I walked away, I noticed his creepy stares at me. I then went along my way to the stairs and never looked back. I entered my room and listened to the sound the dogs made. I noticed he hasn’t yet started his motorcycle and was still waiting outside my apartment’s gate. So I just sat still in my bed, praying that he would leave soon.

I didn’t know how long it took for him to leave my apartment’s premises, or if he ever left at all. And now I’m scared to go out. What if he’s still there? And I’m contemplating whether to report him or not because I’m not sure if my name will show in the negative review. I’m scared if he retaliated for giving him a negative review. He knows my address. :/

The food was okay, but the customer service experience was very disappointing. The old cashier was unnecessarily rude and seemed irritated while simply taking orders. As customers, we expect at least basic courtesy and professionalism when dining in or ordering. (first customers pa sd mi ato, and kami pa ra ang cutomer wqla pay talay)

Maka-off gyud ang experience when staff members respond harshly to customers nga tarong ra man unta mo-order. I understand nga kapoy ang trabaho, but being respectful and accommodating should still be part of good service.

I hope the management can address this professionally because customer experience matters as much as the food.

I was just buying a couple of batteries behind the counter and told her what I need. At first she didn't find it right away but I calmly told her where, that's where she gets a bit annoyed and got the batteries while accidentally knocking some. When its time for payment I also showed my Cliqq rewards barcode saved in my Google Wallet. She stared at it for a while probably thinking what it was and I just told right away that it's the Cliqq rewards. That's where she snapped a bit and said "Kabalo ko" in an annoyed tone.

I know how hectic your job is but please don't let your emotions show, it's unprofessional and it can ruin the customers and the store as a whole.

Goo day! I need help. Can someone recommend a business that provides scanning services in Dumaguete for important documents. The agency requiring my documents have provided me instructions to have my passport scanned in color but it has to maintain at a size file below 5mb. I have already tried going to Cang’s but they cant have the file size below 5mb, even with DPI changes. Can you recommend me another business that can do scanner setting changes?

1. It has to be those big scanners you see just like in Cang’s. CANNOT use home office printers like Epson and IJ Scan Utility
2. I already went to Cang’s Daro, Dm Stylus CopyCenter near Angel’s pizza, and The printing business besides Hielo Portal
