Hello so im a male 23 and I never get wet dreams yet I did last night but when I saw my semen there was some jelly like blobs if semen in it is this normal sometimes iv heard people say its dehydration or Low testosterone or not having ejaculated for a few days which is it?

Briefs for men don't infact have a stigma most people where im from don't wear them past 10 maybe earlier but stigma is that they are 1 feminine and look like knickers 2 that they are for gay guys since they are revealing and 3 woman think they look dorky.

I think iv found a fix for the twitching.

I am someone who loves lifting weights well i went to the gym for years on end 5 to 6 days a week byt then I got a cold or covid then the twitching started byt iv been stretching alot daily and I have like 2 twitches a day. So I do feel like twitches may be caused by tight muscles
