Now I know this would disqualify one from service in Starfleet and I know the procedure would likely have to be done on some backwater planet outside of the Federation, but is this procedure possible? Also are there any side effects?

I don’t know if it’s just a habit I’ve gotten into since the pandemic but I hate going out. If I do go to the grocery store I go super early on a Saturday since there’s less people but even then I still hate it. If I go outside just for a walk around the neighborhood I can always smell someone smoking and it just ruins it for me or outside of a few months it’s just too humid and miserable here(I live in Texas near the Gulf of Mexico) If I want to experience a certain kind of food I’ll just DoorDash something and have them leave it at the door since. I work from home 99% of the time now and I think I’ve gotten into these habits even more since then.
I’m okay with something like a trip to Disney World because I love Disney and that’s my happy space and a special interest of mine but the thought of normally just going out fills me with dread.

I started back in November with .25 for diabetes and weight loss and gradually went up to the 1 MG as of a few months ago and I’ve lost about 20 pounds as of 3 months ago(237 to 217) and my weight has kind of just stayed there. When I first started taking Ozempic the reduction in appetite was fantastic, I no longer had the urge to snack at night… and now it’s back despite all of the dose increased, tbh the only thing I’ve noticed since going up from.5 to 1 is now I have sulfur burbs. I was also on metformin but my doctor had me stop since moving up to 1 MG.
Is this normal? I’m not sure what to do.
How do you respond? What would you give them if anything?
I was running alliance raid roullete yesterday(and got crystal tower of course) and I was telling the chat how the Catpeople killed JFK and are planning on luring us to their basement trap dungeons with promises of pinball machines in order to turn us into a Hybrid Catpeople slave race. So in the episode Justice saving Wesley Crusher was considered a Prime Directive violation since it would violate the Edo’s laws. But wasn’t their presence and contact with the Edo a Prime Directive violation in itself? The Edo were not warp capable or even space faring, they had to explain what the concept of orbiting was. To me it begs the question, why was first contact even made to begin with?
Geordi clearly said they were passing Warp 10, so why didn’t we see some salamanders?
Was there some sort of side effect from using the Triforce? Or was the Triforce stolen perhaps?
