Title. Finished the 2 rounds last Friday, wondering when I can expect to hear back. This is for a Seattle-based role. What are the tea leaves of offer / rejection? I've heard many offers come right away and rejections tend to drag out. Is this accurate? Would love to hear from the community, wish everyone the best with their application / interviews!

Title. I got an unpaid ML engineer intern position at a local startup (Apr-Sept) but will also be interning (paid) over the summer (June-Sept). Is it okay to list them overlapping or should I truncate the ML engineer intern to just Apr-June? Would I encounter any issues on the background check?

Amidst all the doom and gloom, don't forget that we have a week+ break now to rest and regroup. That can do wonders for a team that seemed like they were running out of gas. Give it time, we'll come good. I trust in that.
