I’m starting a new SIP through Vested Can you suggest any? My criteria’s are a) good returns, b) moderate risk and c) decent dividends

I’m 31F and my husband is 35M. We’ve never taken supplements (except recently started taking Vit D sachet on weekends, which also lately I’ve understood is wrong. Need to be combined with K2).

I’m planning to start the below supplements for both of us. Can you please tell me the best brands for them? (Considering everything essential required in them eg in Omega 3, the EPA+DHA should be high as a % of total mg, it should be 3rd party tested etc.). Also is there any important supplement I’m missing (could be diff for my husband and me)

1. Omega 3
2. Magnesium glycinate
3. Vitamin B (including B12+B6+B9)
4. Vit D+K2

Looking for genuine responses please. We’re both new to supplements so don’t have a lot of understanding yet

I have always wanted to move and settle abroad. Open to Dubai, Europe and US How can I make that happen? I don’t want to do a new course/ continue studies. Moving from my current org is not possible (have already explored this)

Is there any shopping areas in Koh Samui which sell good quality 1st copies like Bangkok?

I’m honestly tired of TTC. Why is it so frustrating Everyone around is popping babies while we are struggling. All our friends have kids now.

My AMH is low at 0.96. My other hormone tests are almost normal I’m getting SIS done this week. I got follicular tracking done. My ovulation happens a little later (day 17/18 vs day 13/14) My husband’s sperm analysis was also normal

I feel like the universe is punishing me bec we got an abortion done a few years back. We weren’t ready back then emotionally or financially.

Why isn’t this happening for me? I don’t even know at this point if I truly want this or am I just conditioned bec of people around me

Please help! How do I maintain my mental sanity at this point?

Is Ang thong Marine Park worth it? I’m visiting Koh Samui for 2.5 days so the itinerary is quite packed but can make room if the Park is absolutely unmissable
